Just before you exit the first section of the level, there is a large crate with two silver locks on. He will go fishing and retrieve the crest for you. Use a dark wizard to release the skeleton and rebuild him. Once you have used the dragon to shoot the chains using the round target, there is a chained up skeleton to the right of the cage. Once you’ve put the dragon to sleep, use the instrument again and hit the yellow five times.
Just don’t move on until you have all nine. They’re easy to spot following the story path. The first is just behind you as you start the level. There are nine lamps to shoot in the first section of this level in order to get the crests.
